You know we live in a country where people abuse their power to bring others down, I was unfairly and incorrectly listed on ITC for something i did not owe. After many failed attempts to rectify this with the other party i resorted to ITC, from the telephone call i made, sending of documents etc, i was treated with utmost respect and was updated by email and sms everytime the status of my query changed.
