Capitec brands me a criminal with a fake ID!

I wanted to open an account for my daughter that is linked to my savings account with capitec. First they said I must get a new proof of address as I relocated to the Cape 2 years ago. I asked my wife to send it to postnet and I printed it out and took it back to the branch. Then I gave them my ID, my daughters birth certificate and the proof of residence they requested. The ID is the exact same one used to open the account in 2010 which they scanned and used to open my account. I got a passport 2 months ago with the same ID. I showed them my drivers license and my diving ticket which is supplied by different entities.

Still they said they cannot help me. Branding me a criminal.
