Most DISGUSTING company I have ever dealt with!

HAWKEYE INSURANCE "INVESTMENT" CONSULTANTS are without a doubt... The Most DISGUSTING company I have ever dealt with! Tracey could definitely use more than just a few words on advice around her pathetic excuse for "customer service". This company takes DAYS to get back to you with answers, and then sends VERY rude emails about how they need time off with their KIDS! I am so glad my eyes have been opened, I just wish I haven't given more than a years worth of business before realizing this. Then, when I move to an new insurance company, I have items, such as car hire, added to my "outstanding balance I owe them" which I did not even ASK for and have documentation confirming this, including the telecom when this policy was taken OUT in the first place. Then I get told by their staff that I always have some sort of excuse to look for reasons NOT to pay them, when they are trying to rip me off, and that I BETTER have evidence to back myself up if I put this report on Hellopeter. WELL you know what, I do! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if this company treats me like this WITHOUT a claim, then I STRONGLY recommend you stay away!! MASSIVELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
