Unethical and unprofessional service from Etana. All I have experienced over the last 5 months is a company that does not answer emails, ignores legal threats and plays games so they do not have to pay out an insurance claim. My car was damaged last year November and the recovery company that has been instructed to claim the money back has been given the run around with my claim. There is always an excuse as to why the payment has not been made, from not answering emails to we dont have the paperwork, to we are still waiting for paperwork but not sure what paperwork is missing. I am horrified by the unethical behaviour of this company.
