Disgusting false promises and lying assistants

I called IFA on 11/09/13. Zukeli promised me I will get my tax certificate within 24 - 48 hours. He didn't send it through and didn't follow up. On 1/10/13, I was given a fine by SARS, and I called Clientele Life again. This time I spoke to Ursula who was very keen on covering up for Zukeli and refused to let me make a complaint. Yet the company says we must give them a chance to resolve issues before we take it further, so I called asking for the complaints officer, but they refuse to allow us to talk to one!!! Why do they say give us a chance to resolve issues if they don't give us access to the complaints department??? Ursula hung up the call and never phoned me back. I spoke again the Zukeli who doesn't seem to think that he did anything wrong and again says he will help me!! How can I trust these lying people who cannot handle a simple request? Having given them over a month, having incurred a penalty/fine and having to still beg them shows that they don't have the clients interest at heart. I am so angry with their pathetic attitude and complacency. They just dismiss us as though we are irrelevant to their salaries and no one in management cares about us clients!
