REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN H/LOAN D/ORDER DETAILS

Has written numerous letters, requesting change in Home Loan Debit Order details. Submitted all required documents, once again, on 3 September 2013. Receipt of documents confirmed but no execution. On further inquiry dd 17 October 2013, I was advised that my request is now outdated and I must, once again, apply. In the interim, bond repayments, via debit orders, are returned unpaid and bank charges are escalating!
