Was in a vehicle accident on 22/09/2013. I contacted SIL on the 23/09/2013 to inform them about the accident. Ever since the accident they never phoned me once to update me or to ask for documents. They would wait for my call to follow up then they will ask me fo documents. Whenever i ask the consultant to update me he would just say we still busy sir. Its the fourt week now and on Monday i phone Mr langa and he ask me to contact the bank to ask for a copy of the cars papers and settlement letter and email it to them as the car is written off. Mr langa also confirmed to me that they will sort it out before the end of the week only. On Wednesday 16/10/2013 i phoned again to follow up and they told me for the earliest by next week it will be sorted out. Its the fourth week now and its still unclear to me whats happening. The client service is very poor.
