Cancelation of Policy

I tried canceling my insurance with Miway this morning and they giving me so nonsense about me sending them confirmation of my new insurer, this is short term insurance I don't need to send you anything regarding where I'm going. The only people who need that info is my finance house. I'm leaving because I'm not happy and because I got a better deal elsewhere. Now you want to try negotiate so you can try beat their offer. Why didn't you make sure you retained me when I called to complain about my access amount that went up by R3000? You gave me some statement about everybody's access is going up by the same amount. So this is simple I will just reverse your debit order and by default you will cancel my contract with you guys. In January you made me wait for over 2 weeks just so I can get help with my claim. Worst service I have ever had.
