INCREASE ACCESS UNFAIRLY

I received am email from Mi Way to inform me they are increasing my NO ACCESS policy to R3, 300 in order to keep my premiums the same. I am NOT happy with this as I specifically pay my higher premiums for no access. I could have taken a policy with a high access when I originally took out my policy and had MUCH less of a premium. Now im being charged double the amount to keep my no access.
I have updated my policy to 1, 000 access and still paying about R300 more a month than my previous no access. I AM SHOPPING AROUND MIWAY!! YOu have no idea what sort of client you are going to lose, I have dont NOTHING but brag to everyone who isnt insured with Mi Way about how they need to switch, and this will stop now. I am EXTREMELY disapointed!! 1
