FNB removed offered services without informing

I joined FNB in 2011. The information that I received from FNB when opening my account was that I was entitled to AA roadside assistance. At some point this service was removed from my account without clearly informing me. I had cancelled my AA subscription because of this cover and now find myself exposed to risk without insurance because they removed cover without informing me. Kevin at the platinum desk was unhelpful and blamed me for not reading pricing guides yearly, which I actually do. This was not clear. I'm not willing to pay for this call-out as I think the fault of my lack of cover with FNB who removed services without making it very clear. I'm happy to pay for this service, retroactively if needed. I think that it reflects extremely poorly on the company that my "personal banker" did not contact me and that any information sent to me from FNB was indistinguishable from the usual spam that I receive.
