I am a client of Mutual & Federal. In February this year I had a car accident with a friend of mine. Nothing major though but the damage had to be repaired. It's been EIGHT (8) MONTHS and still nothing is done from Mutual & Federal's 3rd party department. After phoning head office yesterday, I get a call from someone (who's name I could not make out) claiming that they did phone my friend last month to get the necessary papers to finalise this issue (this is already 7 months after the accident was reported SEVERAL TIMES). This person claims that he did phone my friend from where he did not get any answer and thus left a voice mail. After that he did not make any effort to follow up whether she did receive the message. My friend on the other hand claims that she did not receive a missed call or voice mail. Who should I believe? My pathetic insurance who can't resolve a small issue like this in a matter of 8 months (and counting) or my friend who has been trying for 8 months without success? This is unacceptable and I would like this issue to be resolved by the end of this month or I will take drastic action. Why do I pay for insurance if M&F can't even deliver???
