I am truly ashamed to be involved with FNB at the moment and feel i should let people know. I was contacted buy a member of FNB sales team informing me about there new ebuck rewards system, This was end 2010 start 2011. It sounded interesting so i asked him to call me back so we could chat at length about everything i need to know regarding what they need from my end. I was informed that all i need to do is pay R100.00 a month and that will include all draw and swipe charges, and that i will AUTOMATICALLY start to earn ebucks. he then went on to tell me that i can receive up to 3% back if i full up at engen, So I started going out my way to swipe my card and full up by engen.

So here comes Christmas 2012 and i have used my card alot, so i go online to try see how many ebucks i have accumulated over the year and 11 moths. To my horror i have not received a singe ebuck! I went to the bank to follow up and apparently i was miss informed by the sales team and there are a whole host of things i need to do before i get ebuck. i feel robbed and cheated as i have been paying the R100 and not even received a thing over 2 years... Truly Pathetic.. I was blatantly to!
