Advised incorrectly about the investment account

I went into the branch to put in notice on my 32 day account, i was then advised to open a flexi deposit which according to the administrator works the same as 32 day account. to my surprise when I go to put in notice again i was told it a one year plan investment. I was never even asked how many months i wanted to invest. Im really off a I need the money and I'm unable to get it. I asked her to rather close the account as I don't need this kind of service and I was told to go to the police station and then to a bigger branch. This is really not good service. Ive been with FNB for so many years.
