I'm calling Fnb customer care line loan department to query about my loan, I get a call agent female who is so rude and can't help me she is not friendly at allllll!!! Then she puts me through to apparently the correct line where I then also have a male that is so rude and can't help me so I ask to speak to the manger and then get cut off. This has happend so many times in one year where I'm am sick of it!!! These people should be able to do their job and sere the public that's what they are here for??? To FNB Training!!! Training and more training!!! I mean really!
