My car was broken into on Friday morning - my Insurance company referred me to Windscreen Direct. They were due to call me 10 minutes after my call with my insurance company, which would be roughly 12:45. I had to call them - which I did do after being at police station for an hour. No problem. After calling them the first time at 14:35, I was told by Tarryn the person I need to speak to is busy, but they will call me back - and nobody called. I called back and spoke to Tarryn. After telling her its raining in CPT and I needed to be at work you'd think there would be urgency with a broken window. That call was eventually cut. Its now Saturday and finally someone calls. (After explaining the events the previous day I experienced I was told that I was called at 13:30. Which is a complete lie, my phone was on, there was not one voice message). Rashaad informed me that they were fully booked till Wednesday anyway and wouldn't be able to help. Why could I have not been told this yesterday. Had my car been broken into a second time or even worse, - whose responsible for it then. I could've taken my car to another place, had I been advised yesterday.
What utter incompetence!!!
