Outsurance: awful service wrt third party claim

I scraped a colleague's car bumper in our staff parking lot in August and immediately reported the incident to Outsurance. I was able to get my car fixed within two weeks with no hassles and great customer service and communication from Outsurance, but my colleague is still struggling to get her car fixed. She has to jump through hoop after hoop and has been given the run-around on multiple occasions. Surely it would cost less to just pay out the claim (it's not extensive or serious damage) than to pay staff to give third parties the run-around like this? Very unprofessional from Outsurance and very disappointing since I've always gotten good customer service from them.
