PATHETIC!! They just want your money!!!

I am so sick and tired of Auto and General promising to pay my money back but don't!!! I cancelled my policy on the 28th of May and they advised that the deduction will still go off but they will reverse the money back into my account but they didn't!! I phoned them again on the 11th of June and they advised that it's been cancelled but I have to fax through a bank statement to prove the money went off and then they will reverse, I did that and again..nothing happened! I phoned them again yesterday to find out what's going on and they advised that they will phone me back but I am still waiting, it's now almost a month later and they still haven't refunded me. They are quick to sell their service and want your money but as soon as you cancel and they need to give back they just don't respond!!!
