Lodged a claim with Mutual and Federal in March 2013, elecronically. Followed the receipt with William on an ongoing. After numerous attempts, I was told that they received them and they requested me to post them. Over night mail was used but after five days they claimed that they did not receive them. After repeated follow ups, they agreed that they receive them. Promised me that their processing time is around two weeks. Phoned after a month and was told by William that he would come back and he never did that. When I phoned to find out about the progress, Peter spoke to William and I was told my claim was approved. And William will phone me. And a month passed without hearing from Williiam. I phoned and spoke to a supervisor, who was totally unprofessional. Bad and apalling service.
