DISGUSTED in the Service I received from M & F

On the 10th of June I cancelled my policy with M & F through Bestsure as I was extremely unhappy with the service I was receiving, I then thought that Bestsure was Soley to blame however I now realise they are jointly liable for the disgusting service received.

The cancellation only went through on the 26th therefore my debit went through. I immediately phoned M & F directly on the 2nd July to be told that the debit was an error and I would be refunded within 4 - 5 working days. I phoned again on the 9th July to follow up on my payment and RAYMOND informed me he was looking into it and would call me by COB - he never did!! I phoned again on the 3rd and was promised the same - they never called!! I eventually called and spoke to the sales manager (William) who also promised to call me COB - HE NEVER DID!! I tried again on numerous occasions and to my surprise he was never available. On Friday afternoon I called again only to be promised that they had done a same day refund and the funds would reflect in my account that evening... I'M STILL WAITING... I called again now at 9h15 the 15th July and was told there is a hold up in accounts!! THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I CANCELLED!
