I joined Essential Med in June, and my first debit order was taken on the 25th of July. It is now the 8th of October, and up to date I have not received any membership card or post from Essential Med. I phoned them on a weekly basis and informed them that no policy agreement has been received. and was told to check to post. I have been checking the post for the past five months. I informed Essential Med that I want to cancel my Policy on the 20th of September. I conatced thme last week, for confirmation as to when I will receive my money back. And was inform by Naomi that her manager Maralize informed her that I will not receive back my first installment paid as I did not cancel within the first 30 days. Excuse me, but I am not cancelling out of my own free will. I am being forced to cancel, as the service is pathetic and I am paying form something I have no proof of. I am not happy with the service I have received, and according to all the reports I have read, I think Essential Med is nothing more than a money making scheme. And something needs to be done about his. We all work hard for our money and cannot afford to just give money away like this
