Need payment arrangement and absolutely no help

I went to the African Bank branch in Parow Centre to make payment arrangements. After waiting there and speaking to the consultant, he said he couldnt help me and needed to phone Johannesburg office and they cant put me through from the branch. I then phoned Johannesburg from my cell phone, and was advised by Thembelihle Nciweni that I need to go back to the branch to get a letter as the arrangement was now done telephonically. I then had to take public transport back to the Parow Centre branch, where the manager there told me that they dont have a letter like that and i should phone Johannesburg office again from my cell phone, and by then i was already UPSET. I phoned them again and spoke to Godfrey Thandabantu that now i need to submit a formal letter and 3 month bank statement and copy of id before they give me a letter for payment arrangements that was made telephonically. What the!!!. And to top it off the first consultant could not even give me a reference number for my call. I had a horrible experience today with African Bank due to incompetent staff!!!
