False advertising and delay in response time

I came across the website and applied online. About day later (because this company do not do phone calls) I received a mail stating that application was blank. I am a consultant by trade so I'm hardly in the office. In rushing to get the docs to SMC, I forgot to complete my bank details and second next of kin, so I hand wrote it after I have send all my docs this included my bank statements. I received a response from Sasha, that I have to complete the banking details and next of kin not in-writing. " No credit checks are done! No family members contacted! " This is a contradiction and false advertising, because they could not help me and rather redirected via links to other service providers.

What was puzzling to me; the fact that I explained my situation in great detail, they could have just said that they cannot assist instead of wasting time. Took more the three days to get the final response. "SMC Loans offers rapid approvals and professional service! No credit checks are done. Same day approvals and same day payout." They should consider changing/updating their website details.

Disappointing service...
