False advertising and no care attitude!

Can someone please tell me what the use is when advertising for Prepaid electricity but the machine is always offline or faulty. I stay 2 blocks from this garage and it is not a convenience anymore to go there. I would like to suggest that all the Prepaid electricity signs must be removed as it gives false impressions to the clients. I will rather go to another place where the customer can be helped.
