I have had the same situation with this company. After paying the account with them regularly, a woman that refused to give me her name demanded that I go to their offices and pay them a large amount cash. I requested this demand in writing and am still waiting. The refusal of giving me anything in writing just confirms my suspicions that this company is unethical and need to be brought to book. I phoned them today to get more details and NOBODY can supply me with ANY information.
