Unethical staff

I am disappointed with Shaun, he took advantage of me because I'm a woman who knows nothing about cars. Our conversation was to replace all brake pads bt he quoted me too much so when I decided not to do them, he phoned me back to say he's worked out a beta deal which I took only now to find out he only did the back brakes and not as we had discussed. When I called him he is now singing a different tune, it was so unethical and never again will I eva use that company or refer any of my friends. He will get what's coming to him though, you can't wrong people without any come backs.
