IWYZE
16 months on and I am still in mud wate

I had an accident on June 24 2012, getting my car repaired was a rather lengthy and sometimes ugly battle, in the end it was sorted and I am happy with that. I then changed cars and I remained a customer of Iwyze, I've been accident free for a year and life was great however this morning I was woken up by a disturbing phonecall. The other vehicle that was involved in the accident has not been repaired till this day. The owner claims that no one has even contacted her. I am now left to defend myself against her and I really feel her pain now. I was assured that I had third party cover and that her car would be repaired.
