Repaired Vehicle in December 2012 - Still waiting

We reppaired a accident damaged vehicle. After 5 months still no payment. When you phone, you have to hold on untill the phone goes dead. Mails to Edward Tshabalala, Iwyze payments, Josiah Rodwell, Witi Vusumuzi and Zamagethe Zwane is of no use. Don't see any service at this insurance company
