On Friday the 11th I send a mail with proof of the payment on the deposit for the prepaid electricity to Michelle de Necker, she then replied to me 2 hours later, I managed to send the info she requested on the 15th of Jan 2013, I am still waiting no feedback no deposit return nothing. they are quick to take the deposit but not quick to return it...
