Tshegofatso Mokwatle from Nedbank personal loans can clearly not read or does not know how to respond to a qry. Transunion emailed this person to verify one of my accounts with Nedbank and that my judgement can be removed. this person responded with my personal loan account details which was never even mentioned. Based on the incompitance of this person the judgement have been reinstated. Can her manager please rectify this mistake that this person made and forward Tranunion the correct information.
I have tried to contact him on [Email Removed] but no response.

Can someone who are able to read and do their job right contact me and resolve this issue!!!
