Where's my savings

January this year I changed banks, I informed Liberty of my new bank details and on the third time they didn't debit my account I moved over to another institute, my query for the last 7months is where is my savings you debited from my account, I called many times put on hold with no result, please resolve this as I don't want to go to the ombudsman
