Recently I received an update on my investment plan and was advised that my savings where being moved to a more cautious investment as I was nearing retirement age, oops I am not nearing retirement age and contacted them to ensure that my savings where kept in my current portfolio, seven emails from me later I was finally advised that this would be rectified at the end of January, this came and went and I received no notification that it had been changed, so we called the call centre again, again we got this very helpful person that could see that it was not correct and promised yet again to effect the changes and to email me confirmation before the close of business of that day, so I confirmed my contact details with them. Three days later and still no response. I have now decided to go to the financial services board to see if they can get Liberty to respond.
