I NEVER GOT MONEY FROM YOU WONGA!!!

I made application for a short term loan. It was approved, i even got a message to say money has been sent to me. I waited with no luck. Come month end, I got a message that says they couldn't debit due to insufficient funds; because I had money in the bank. Now I'm getting severance warnings because they are saying I owe them. I sent them an email, no response. Tried calling but I always run out of airtime because of their long queues. Some lady called regarding payment, unfortunately we got cut off but she never tried calling again. These severance warnings might have a bad impact on my transunion history, surely they don't care. I even have a copy of my bank statement to prove that I never got the money. Again this is not happening for the 1st time. I regret giving them the benefit of the doubt
