Poor service- (PLEASE UPDATE UR ICT RECORDS)

I have given up on wonga. i will never lend money from it because thy keep saying they cant approve my loan though it used to to approve my loans and woser part is my credit history is clean. everytime i try to borrow money i got this message below:
