PAYMENT MADE EARLY BUT CUSTOMER CARE DON'T CARE

My Wonga loan is due tomorrow 31 May. I changed banks several months ago but despite trying to change this on the Wonga site, I have failed as their system keeps giving me the message "failed to verify bank account". Weird, because this is where my salary is deposited! So on two occasions, I have had to transfer money to my old account just to ensure my loan is repaid on time and there are no problems. This time, I have taken the bank details of Wonga and transferred money directly to them, using my I.D. number followed by the letters AA, then e-mailed proof of payment to [Email Removed] as instructed by Wonga. To my surprise, I have not received confirmation from them - or thanks as they usually send, for the payment and when I logged on, I noticed that it still says my loan is due for payment 31 May!!! Really Wonga, your service is excellent but when things like this happen and tomorrow you will attempt to debit my account and I have to foot the bill, then what are we to do? Especially as your customer care department do not respond to e-mails!!! Why have the address [Email Removed] if it is unmanned or ignored?
