Wonga owes me money

In Nov 2012 I took out a loan from Wonga. My payment was due at the end of December 2012. I had a crisis and couldn't afford to pay them on time so they handed me over. I made an arrangement with the attorneys to pay the amount in three installments. I kept to my promise and on the fourth month when my account was paid up, wonga deducted money from my bank account. when I phoned their attorneys Blake & . they told me i must talk to wonga the account is no longer with them. Then I phoned wonga and explained to the lady about my arrangement and that the account is paid up and wonga still deducted money from my account the lady ask me to hold for over 15min!!! Eventually she told me that Wonga is investigating the matter and will get back to me. it is round about two weeks now and i still haven't received anything from wonga. My login account is not even updated and still shows i owe them money where infact they owe me money. Are they also going to pay me interest on the money they owe me as I would have had to pay if i owe them money? I have sent them the proof of payment several times and does not get any assistance so far.
