Morning

This is not the first time i've used wonga and so far im have been happy with their service until today i applied for the loan yesterday and it was approved and got an email saying payment has been sent but to my surprise when i went to draw the money there was nothing i've just even checked online but no funds were received can you guys sort this out if not please do not debit my account month end cause when i logg into my account on wonga it states how much i owe and when i should pay it back but i dont have the funds in my hand please assist.
