Inability to make debit orders from Investec bank

Basically Capitec says they cannot debit my Investec bank account to pay for a loan I took with the bank and now i have to bear the inconvenience of standing in queues at their ever busy bank branches every month for the next 20 months to make the deposit. What is even more of an inconvenience is that they only accept cash and no card payments at their branch tills. I am very disappointed with the service of the Capitec as all my other debit orders go through this Investec bank account.
