Clearly Investec don't want my business

I have sent 4 'call me back' requests over the past week and has anyone called me back... no!!

I have sent 3 emails to Investec and have I had a response... no!!

I am actually trying to give you MY money and open a new account and not one sales consultant can be bothered to call me back...

I had one email from a guy in the U.K who said he would get someone to call me... that was 3 days ago!!

If this is the level of customer service when im trying to give you money... one can only imagine the service levels once I became a client... wow... well done investec!!
