Abuse and Denial

Investec has been abusing their position for the past four months. Not only did they sell my shares and paid it to some person in Hongkong without neither calling me, nor validating the instruction information. We are talking about huge amounts of money. They deny any responsibility in that payment. They had many signs showing them that that the operation was a complete farce, but did nothing! And Investec calls themselves the "Specialist Bank"? Now they accuse me of breaking the contract and charge me 300, 000 rands! They abused their position in taking the money directly from my account!! They are not interested to hear what you, the client, have to say. Especially when you have done nothing wrong and they are the ones who have been making several consecutive huge mistakes. They ignore my emails and are in total denial. As a client you feel completely abused. i have the intention to take this matter until Investec refunds my money!
