Blacklisted for nothing!!

Please assist. I received a sms from credit worx for a payment that is due for Take note trading. I don't even know who this is and what payment is due. I never received phone calls or smses just this one that says my account has been handed over and I should contact credit worx, but none of the nrs that I've tried phoning is actually working?? How am I suppose to get hold of you or get more info regarding this sms if the nr does not work!! My ref nr in the sms is DDKP1017
