Dear sir/ Madam
Three months back I took out a loan with you guys and as per agreement I had to repay it from the period of August-October. It happened that in the first month the debit was not made so I made an agreement thath it should be debited end of September but to my surprise this action didn't take place AGAIN! I then waited until the 3rd but still no debit was made and only yesterday your head office called me to say the issue could be that the centre @ Dube captured the incorrect account number but what infuriates me is the fact that your guys waited for 3months to pick up this- it is really a setback for me and to add salt to this wound, your head office has put me in areas for something I am not liable for I mean if you went into my account and found rands then yes I was gonna be held responsible but now your centres failure to capture correct info has damaged my name now is it fair that I face penalties for something I didn't do? I work in the retail industry & believe me you if this happened ro our client, they'd sue us to the very last cent because I mean how dare you put me in areas for your mistakes? What makes me boil is that your guys call not on the 1
