Hollard Insurance

On Friday 13th September my driver was involved in a minor accident with my minibus. I have since lodged the incident with CTU insurance, and to date have received no joy. The vehicle iscurrently at Seds Panelbeaters but nothing has been done as the broker at Fosters says that the situation is now out of their control. My contact, Peter at CTU, is not reachable. I have now had it with being transferred from pillar to post, namely Peter, Sammy and Liezel, who is at Fosters brokers. Hollard is a company with a reputable background, and I expect the best. I need this resolved asap as I am losing out on income in the process!
