A huge compliment to Sheema for attending to my query in a very professional and cheerful manner. I have been trying to apply for a second bond since February through Standard bank, which can only be done over the telephone. It was a dreadful experience and when I finally landed at Sheema desk I was stressed and distraught. She was calm and proceeded to attend to my home loan application with proficiency and enthusiasm. She clearly loves what she does and has a genuine talent for working with clients and such efficiency should be greatly rewarded. Keep up the great work.
