I placed an order with Takealot and requested that the payment be made via CreditCart. Once I finally reached the "Check-out" screen, I am told that my transaction has been declined and that I only have credit available to the amount of just below R9, 500. Nevertheless, I proceed to place a smaller order which is far below the stipulated credit amount that I supposedly am allowed. I was declined again but this time I wasn't told the reason. So, I called Credit Cart and they also could not give me any reason why it declined and they said they will come back to me regarding the matter. I received NO response! Once again, I called them and I was told that their systems had been down and that's the reason for the decline and that I should try the transaction again. Well, I placed an order for a little over R3, 000 and guess what - IT DECLINED! When I phone them they cannot explain why. Instead, they tell me that the manager will call me back ASAP. Well, it's been over 1 week and NOBODY has come back to me, STILL! Disgusting, horrific service and I highly recommend that no one uses their services!
