Really FNB? REally? I am slowly getting very tired of this new shift in customer service, namely, the absence of it! I just got a call from your call centre trying to get me to use some kind of facility that i currently under utilise on my credit card, it was like trying to pull teeth trying to get this call centre woman to get to the point. What i gathered is that FNB is trying to get me to use my budget facility that I currently dont access and if i do this then I will get a lower interest rate? Really? Last time I checked i wasnt born yesterday, there is a catch somewhere and instead of FNB being transparent and acknowledging it i get this agent saying, "I tried to explain to you but you dont give me a chance". Listen sweetie, last time i checked I was the customer and I pay your salary, remember that!!! To add insult to injury, she then puts the phone down on me. WOW! Your service is great FNB. Instead of wasting money on stupid Steve ads, how about you invest it in making your loyal customers of more than 10 years happy. There is an idea!
