FNB ripp off

I am a loyal FNB customer who switched banks 3 years ago because of the AWESOME service that FNB provided. in all that excitement of a lovely new bank account, FNB gave me 21% interest on my credit card. i called in now for a review only to be told i do not qualify... well guess what i am in the process of closing all my accounts with FNB. if you think that on a personal account i qualify for 21% then you are even more stupid to think that i will tolerate being ripped of. i can get a lower rate with... bank. when i told this to Busi she said i must submit the letter stating the lower int rate and they will look at it... no thanks.. i will rather change banks if this is how u plan on treating your customers.
