On 05/02/2013 I used the TRANSFER FUNDS TO BUDGET facility on my internet banking. And paid R3048.47 over in order to clear my budget balance. It never reflected correctly so I called into the call center and was advised it will take a few days. This never happened, and I ended up making use of the budget funds. I have now paid some funds into my straight account and it didnt reflect... I paid R685 and nothing reflected so I paid a further R200 to see if that would sort it out. STILL NOT. I called the call centre who advised that I had DECREASED my budget facility and increased my Straight facility. I DID NOT DO THIS... Please re-set my credit card profile to what it was previously! I did not request limits to be changed. I simply made use of the transfer funds to budget facitlity. The call centre agent was not very helpful and said that I needed to put more funds into my credit card in order to reset my profile. This is pathetic, I never requested the change in the first place! PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP!
