I strongly believe that the customer is every organizations valued asset but in this branch I feel that these principles are not valued cause its all about how much you have in your account that affords you the best of service from management down to the teller staff. We went into the bank requesting to information on how we can access funding or loan with the current assets that we have but instead of getting advice we simply told of the red tape around the funding process. For me the satisfactory results that I would have walked out with would have been solutions or scenarios which we could peruse in order for us to solve our business dilemma of funding considering the fact that we have been holding accounts with this organization for years as a business entity and the members of the business as a whole. I hope that by highlighting this issue we can have a platform that could resolve such business practices and aid the bank nationally in being the Bank for the people cause really the minority is suffering in this branch.
