Business Account-Bad Staff & Service!!!

Dear FNB,
I have been a Business Customer for 3years!!! TODAY I was Badly handle by your staff who fail to assist me and hear my problem and issue!!! I am at a point were I feel FNB is not a good bank for Businesses as I am suffering and my customers are suffering because of this matter which your staff fail to address and assist as I am a client.
