3 WEEKS TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT AND COUNTING!!!

I am sending this because I am extremely be grieved!! It is now 3 weeks and counting and there hasn't been any correspondence from Matee Masela regarding our small business account. I don't know what we might have done wrong to be punished like this.

Her lack of communication and progress update is most frustrating above all. How do we deal with a business manager we cannot contact? I have tried to call the branch on several occasions to no avail. Had we been given proper progress notification or even proper telephonic access to her none of this would have been an issue.

I love (d) the bank, but really considering moving all my accounts elsewhere. Your bank, at a corporate level, is busy rallying and advertising about being the most innovative bank, this is NOT innovation. One would've thought you would be in support of the youth and growing small business especially in a country that is in dire need of economic growth like ours.

I don't know whether this is cronyism, abuse of power or just sheer laziness.

When will our business account be open? Should we just move to another bank?
